Nice hotel, clean, spacious room, lifts always there within 10 seconds. Good free valet parking. Shopping mall under the hotel with big food court. A lot food places just outside the hotel with fast food and restaurants available open till late. Metro station very close around the corner to hotel.

We spend two nights on first week of May and that was really amazing experiences meeting all the wonderful and professional staff like Nohrelyn, Khalid and Joseph .This three names that I only remembered but the staff who check in and check out us really did the great job too,I need to write all their names next time and definitely we will come back again for another amazing staycation.The room was clean and perfect for me and for my son. All the staff who assisted us did extra mile and I am very thankful for that.The breakfast is tasty and delicious with a different variety.my favorite was fried rice. I am looking forward to do staycation again because I was really amazed of the property as Sustainability hotel.

الفندق رائع وكل شي في الفندق ممتاز من ناحية النظافة ومساحة الغرف والموقع وتعامل الموظفين الراقي واخص بالذكر الاخ صابر من الاستقبال كان ممتاز جدا ومتعاون الى اقصى درجه , انصح بمكان الاقامه هذا واذا زرت دبي مره اخرى اكيد ساكون في نفس الفندق .

I think the Hotel is nice but needs improvement. The kitchen is inconsistent with the quality of meals and often runs out of items. We upgraded our rooms and there was a discrepancy in the price we were originally told. Lastly, they only have a buffet option for food and the gym & salon close early and open late. If you are on vacation and exploring the city it's almost impossible to use these services. I liked the location. The staff was friendly but very pushy when it came to the buffet. It's exhausting to have to tell someone you don't want their food every day and night.

Very bad hotel Extremely bad and dissatisfied, as a passenger and regular member of the hotel, I am not satisfied at all. Even though I had a voucher and my room was booked 3 weeks ago, they delayed me and said that there was no payment and we should talk in the morning, and they forced me to pay 410 dirhams for one night. They accepted that the hotel's finances were wrong and returned the money. In addition, even though they said that you didn't pay and it wasn't booked, they charged me 60 dirhams for the first night and 410 dirhams for one night. I always come to this hotel and I am a passenger of your hotel and a member of yours, but I am very dissatisfied. I was annoyed by the delay of 2 days and my time was taken due to the accounting error of Swiss Hotel Al Gharir.
